That's funny - I saw that last week. Car looks very clean - I was surprised the mileage was that high. Also really glad I have the black interior because the brown is hideous.

But the real question......why are YOU shopping MX6's? Wanna buy the original? It even comes with brand new unapplied Oscar the grouch stickers befitting of the green monster

OK - you're missing an opportunity to own a piece of history

Oh and added bonus - no CEL. Well not really anyway cause it's OBD1

1. OWNing a piece of history is one thing, MAKEing history winning the season with a car that costs less than an S2000 exhaust is another...You are an alien driver who kills it on bald Bridgestones!!

2. I know you just want to dominate in a different Lo-cost vehicle. Still waiting to see you roll out in an ES MSM.

Yeah I saw that car. I was actually shopping SVT a few weeks ago.

2 problems though.....

SVT aren't the greatest for autocross because they top out in 2nd at 72mph. You can get that down a little with tire sizing, but basically you're stuck at low rpm with no torque.

Secondly, most cheap SVT have engine problems. Interference engine and known to fail if not maintained religiously. SVT were only made 2002-4 and are pretty rare. Closest junkyard motor is in Saskatchewan. Asking price $2250 plus freight, taxes, plus timing belt water pump etc and all of a sudden it's a $4000 car that's still not in great shape and disgustingly dirty.

Fair points. I always liked them but had never given it enough consideration to do my research on them. Usually when they go up for sale it seems they are clunkers for cheap or the the total opposite.. nothing in between
