VCMC Cup #7, Kelowna drivers 1st, 2nd and 3rd

We have to thank Bob Bundy and his co-driver for being away at the nationals and giving Kelowna the opportunity for total domination this weekend. But it is still pretty cool.
Does refusing to go to the gym count as resistance training? :?
